What is Life Coaching
Do you have specific goals that you seek to achieve? Not sure where to start? Do you have good ideas but lack the motivation and consistency to follow through on their achievement?
Life coaching can help with virtually any aspect of someone’s life, whether personal or professional.
Life Coaching is action oriented. Our purpose is to:
- Evaluate your position in life
- Create individualized outcomes and goals for the future.
- Assist you in anticipating and overcoming obstacles
- Helping you to stay accountable in taking the steps needed for success.
Your coach will not tell you what to do. Rather they will work collaboratively with you and empower you to achieve goals based on the desires of the client. We do not look to share our personal experience. We Use our training to help the client discover their own strengths and capabilities and help the move to accomplish their own goals.
Coaches are trained to help with the most important thing with entrepreneurs, accountability. Often, with goals and projects not directly assigned by school or your job, they can easily fall to the side in light of more pressing or immediately important issues of the day, ultimately going unachieved. Accountability provided by meeting with a coach on a weekly basis provides much need inspiration on the daily wavering of motivation.
Helping to move clients out of their comfort zones. Many times, people looking to accomplish things that come to a halt have exhausted everything that they can think of from their comfort zone. Coaches are there to encourage and provide ways to think outside of their comfort zone to help the client come to answers that they have been trying to find.
What is the difference between life coaching and therapy?
Life coaching is not therapy. We are aimed primarily at mentally well people that want to achieve more from their lives. Life coaches focuses on the here and now. We receive feedback from past actions and use that to better align your next more with successful completion until the decided upon outcome has been achieved.
Frequency of Life coaching
Life coaching is a different session length than hypnotherapy or past life regressions. It takes a longer commitment to achieve goals. 3-month, 6-month, or 1-year commitments of weekly sessions are optimal to achieve results.
